WHAT I AM CURRENTLY: September 2017

This month was tough.  Hurricane Irma was scheduled to be a direct hit to our local community and we lost almost three weeks of school in its aftermath.  It was a humbling experience to have our home spared but so many across the entire state of Florida (and later into the southeast region of the United States) were not.  We came together as a community after a tough battle for normalcy.  Neighbors helping neighbors, friends helping friends.  In a season of trouble, it was beautiful to see the community coming together to bring day-to-day life back on its feet again.

Overall, the lesson to be learned ... Our God is greater than a Category 5 Hurricane!

Inspired by Amy Hale (@amyhale) on Instagram, I fell in love with her monthly current posts.  Tweaked and adapted to fit me, I am excited to have a systematic way to track my growth.

Every month, I plan to answer the same questions and keep track of my walk in faith, motherhood and entrepreneurship.
